Jack Milner, CPA
Jack Milner has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business evaluation, and management services. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing: real estate, wholesale distribution, retail, restaurants, oil and gas, legal services, and landscaping. In addition, Mr. Milner has provided extensive tax and accounting services for estates and trusts.
Jack Milner graduated in May, 1979 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. After working on Audit engagements for one of the "Big 8”, he went into private practice establishing several accounting firms and also creating several other businesses.
Jack Milner holds Certified Public Accounting Certificates from the States of Georgia and Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, in which he currently serves as President of the Gwinnett Chapter of the GSCPAs as well as being a former Board Member of the Nominating Committee of the GSCPAs.
His interests include: community and professional events, studying the Bible, active church participation, and he is a regular physical fitness enthusiast.
Kathy L. Milner
Kathy Milner brings over 25 years of hands-on experience to the firm. She has heavy-duty experience across many industries including: construction, restaurant, oil and gas, legal and retail. Kathy has worked as a staff accountant for both CPA firms as well as medium to large corporations.
Kathy’s hands-on experience with small businesses uniquely qualifies her to understand the specialized needs of small businesses; which enables her to set-up the appropriate accounting systems and procedures necessary to make the record keeping for a small business more manageable for the business owner.
